Grimaud

Description: At the peak of the hillside, Grimaud’s feudal castle-ruin dominates. The renaissance styled architecture, the roman church and flowery surroundings will incite you to also discover the "Mediterranean Venice". From the market place at Port Grimaud, you can navigate under Venetian bridges along the 7 km route and visit this village built on the sea as late as in 1966. It is superb in its decoration, and behind the ancient looking facades, its all the modern comfort for each house with its individual boat-buoy.
