Sainte-Maxime

Description: Overlooking the Gulf of St Tropez, lies the picturesque town of Sainte Maxime, with the clear waters of the Mediterranean to the south, and the shelter of the Maures Mountains to the north. This town offers exceptional weather with over 300 days of sun per year, drawing artists, writers and poets to the town for generations, such as Matisse and Jean de Brunhoff, creator of "Babar the Elephant".
